200tdi flywheel removal - won't come off

I removed the clutch and removed the bolts holding the flywheel to the crankshaft. I put in two M8 1.25 bolts into the flywheel in the clutch holes to try to remove it but it is stuck. How can I remove it?

Tap it through the starter hole to break it loose.
You may have to rotate the engine and do it a few times, but that will get the flywheel to come off.

Mine came out without much fight. I have been using Kroil as a penetrant for my restoration project and I have to say it works better than most. Soak it and wait.

Yep.
Kroil is good stuff.
People used to tell me try some Wd-40, or try some liquid wrench, then try some PB Blaster and if tat doesn't work try Kroil.
Screw all that, go straight to Kroil.
