2007 d90 AC add

any idea what it would take to add ac to a 2007 d90 with a 2.4 turbo RHD?

2.4 tdci is the engine model according to the seller? It is a electronic engine

Those should have come from the factory with AC, I thought it was standard. 2.4 tdci is the latest "puma" motor and any truck with that would have the updated dash etc. If a puma truck (which is in the states...) doesnt have AC I think it raises many more questions than just "how much to add AC..."
