2006 Range Rover SC?

I have a chance to pick up a 2006 Range Rover Supercharge with 30,000 miles for $34,000. One owner, clean carfax. Any reason I should not buy this? Is this a good price? Don't really need another car, but seems like a really good deal as most are going for over $40K. Have not studied the RR's in a while, so any thoughts are appreciated.
