Ron I think I may have a few sitting around if you need a set. I cut at least one of them apart though, but I know 2 still function.
PM me if you want em

I might have my old complete set of door hinges. Let me root around and let you know in case you are still looking.

Dave

Did you purchase the "New & Improved" hinges? If so, do you have the part numbers for those?

Thanks.

DJ

I might pick up a set of these while they are on sale. I've seen them on a 110 and they look good. Should be nice on a yellow truck too.

DJ, I did go new and improved. I don't have the PN but I picked up the RN kit back when they use to sell the matching body color in a can.

Dang.

I found a kit on ebay in the UK that's at least half what RN wants. Although they don't come painted the seller does post the part numbers. I just wanted to verify the numbers before I bought them.

Thanks David.

Still looking for old ones. I will take any color and will take up to three sets of 4 hinges.

A little pricy...

Ron, I have a set (4) of the original style hinges off a '95 ST in black. You pay for shipping and the hinges are yours.

FYI, I have upgraded to the new style hinges and I have all the PNs at home (will post later). You also will need the plastic spacers since they are slightly different than the orginals. Be aware, the upper new factory style hinge is slight bigger and requires minor trimming of the top door capping.

Here are the LR PNs for the factory OEM new style hinges. I am not sure which are L/R or Upper/Lower;

BDB710160
BDB710170
BDB710180
BDB710190

The best plastic spacers to use for both door and cowl are BDC710040 (8 total needed).

DJ,

The UK Ebay auction, is it for multiple sets or do they just have one set? How much? Can you send a link?

Thanks,
Mark

Thanks,

He has an auction for one, two, and four hinges. I belive the two and four sets come with all necessary hardware.

Here's a link to his ebay store.

He has the P/N listed, but they don't match the numbers Kip posted earlier.

UPDATE

My bad. It looks like the set of four hinges is only $78 USD.

Much less than what most want for them. Too bad they're not the updated version.

I ordered newstyle hinges from RN and they told me that I didn't need different shims. They told me I could use the old style shims and they'd work fine. Is this not true? If it's not, I need the part number to order the correct factory shims. Is that what part number BDC710040 is? The way it is worded here makes it sound like it is not correct, but it will work okay.

I dont see how they could possibly think the old shims would work - the new and old hinges are not the same shape. the new ones are larger and more rounded off at the corners. If you used the old shims, they would not come out to the edge of the hinges. Go to home depot, get some thick pond liner and make your own using sissors.

Hmm...this could be a problem unless I managed to order the right ones on accident! The body shop is painting the hinges and installing them when they paint the truck...I have to assume they are right since I haven't heard otherwise yet.
