200 TDI with a stock Series trans

I'd like to hear the experiences of anyone who swapped a 200 TDI into their Series rig and kept the stock Series trans, t-case, diff gears, brakes etc.
There are looks of speculative articles and posts but I'd like to hear from anyone who has done this swap. My main concern is how well the driveline holds up.

Thanks

Thanks Matthew....

I have looked at this and numerous sites, but they either wantg to sell me something or just offering an opinion on the component longevity.
I'd really like to hear from people who have made the swap to a 200TDI before I decide to do it.

I wouldn't go through the trouble of getting a 200tdi and then taking the turbo off, might as well get the petrol motor up to par than doing that with the 200tdi. Maybe put the full non-synchro box on it, as i believe they are bit stronger than the synchro box.
