I went thru this thing and turned out to be head gasket. If you need a hand I can break Sunday and head that way with parts and tools. Get it sorted so it doesn't cost you a motor ( have 3 back ups in the garage) like it did me.

Got a gun checked the temps and everything seemed fine but I had other electrical issues going on and was planning to take it into a shop. I took it in, they confirmed what I thought may be the issue that it wasn't running hot but was just screwy electrics sending false readings. The shop fixed that issue along with other electrical issues and my gauges are showing the proper readings- no overheating! Disappointed I couldn't do it myself but I am very limited with electrical work. Thanks all.

Fair, I mean if it isn't the sensor in the radiator I'm not sure what other issues it could be. Glad you got it resolved!
