1995 NAS Dash onto newer style bulkhead

bought a galvanized bulkhead as part of my build since the one that came with the truck was trashed. I test fit the dash to the new style bulkhead and it's pretty clear that some trimming needs to be done on the dash tabs. Has anyone done this and more importantly, are the tabs still strong enough post trimming or do they need to be gusseted/re-enforced. If anyone has done this, please chime in.

Did you keep the older one to use a template?

the new bulkhead is a td5 and we kept the old one for a template. It would be impossible without it. Turned out it required a very small cut on some tabs with no loss of structural integrity.

Td5 vs. puma is very very different which is why I asked. Looks like you figured it out.
