1985 front axle identification?

Hello All,
I am trying to figure out exactly what front axle I have on my 85 110. I google'd and yahoo'd and forum'd but didn't come up with a clear answer. The number on bottom side of the front pumpkin is "L84 4615". The Vin is SALLDHMC7BA22423. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Looks like a standard front axle case and standard diff.

Take some pics of the drive hub, that way we can see if it's a 23 or 32 spline

The axle will have a serial number stamped on it. On the older trucks who knows what has and has not been changed. That also goes for the hubs which are easily changed and upgraded.

So the stamp on the top of the axle is 20L07754 and the attached pic is of a front hub. Does anyone have a list of what these numbers correspond to? Thanks for your help guys.

Registry
"20L" is an early 110 RHD axle.... The 7754th one made. The number will let you match against part changes in the parts catalog (which can be easily downloaded). Of course, keep in mind that in 27 years, you can never be sure what parts are on it.
