110 Load leveler

Will the load leveler in a 110 be a problem when installing new springs for a 3" lift? Is it just one more useless item like the rear sway bar that can simply removed?

I left mine in with a 2 inch lift with heavy duty rear springs. It hasn't caused any problems and even seems to help some when I tow my equipment trailer with a heavy load.

I have a 3" lift and it still works perfectly. Keep it.

i took mine out when i lifted the 110, without that, sway bars and being lifted, its like being at sea when your towing a heavy load, it takes some getting used to

Put the new springs in tonight and the leveler did not cause any issues, so it stays. Thanks for the input.

Doug - are you sure its a Nivomat on the 110? I was under the impression that it was a self-contained self-levelling strut acting on the center a-arm. Janey just had the center strut, and I've never been exactly sure how it operated.

its the bore hydromat. it was fitted because the 110 had softer springs for a softer ride. not needed if you upgrade to heavy duty springs
