110 heat upgrade

I have an 85 110 and the heat blows but the air is not very warm. Are there ways to upgrade the heat?

If it is a diesel one thing that helps is tuning it for higher egt which means more heat is available. Of course this means needing a pyrometer and coolant temp gauge.
