100k maintenance

So after some unsuccessful searches...

From the collective experience, what should I be looking to fix, check on, address, or maintain at the 100k mark?

I've kept up with basic maintenance since i got the d90 about a year and a half ago, but that's been oil changes and fluid checks.

I just want to be proactive and stay on top of things.

All fluids including diff, tranny, oil. Check coolant, brakes. I wouldn't fool with anything else unless you have cause.

There should be a chart in the maintance manual that shows what to do at various intervals.

I think keeping injectors and air passages clean will be key at this stage. Also be sure you keep an eye on coolant levels. Start thinking about which engine oil would be best for the age/condition of the engine to keep those rings happy.

Mine turned 152 this week and she seems happy and not missing a beat (13 years now) but I pay close attention to these things more now cuz I assume she's not the spring chicken she once was.

I would just change all of the fluids and make sure your swivel balls are full. Belt if it hasn't been done already. And obviously oil cooler lines.

Good call on Oil Cooler Lines. Just remove them.
