The boss has me out in the pouring rain grilling salmon, corn, candy carrots. Just hope i'm done before the tornado's come though. Last time she had me out during a mico-burst, I seriously though I would be blown away that night.

Just finished cleaning up from fresh red snapper on the big green egg.
Even cooked some skin-on throats for fish tacos tomorrow! It's time to catch em and turnem into meat!

Neighbor caught a 166;bs Mako this weekend, so I had some shark tonight.

Tried something a little different, coated it in olive oil, then shook it in a bag with a bunch of crushed wasabi peas. Wasn't nearly as spicey/wasabi-ie as I thought it would be, and of course the fish was fresh.

Sorry no pics, was too good to get up to go get a camera/phone. The crushed up peas gave it a real nice crunchy in each bite, and surprisingly held up really good on the grill (didn't get burnt at all)
