Rack smoked for 6 hours and we also did a jerked boston butt on Sunday for about 8hrs but it could have used more time. It reheated nicely in the oven yesterday & pulled perfectly.

Big ups to Tom who fed me yesterday with some amazing smoked ribs and probably the best (smoked) chicken I've ever had. Only took one photo. Doesn't do it justice.

Smoked $200 worth of Costco beef briskets on Saturday. That was a lot of meat!

That looks like some good Pork shoulder cooked up. FYI they sell whole Lambs at costco and you can buy a whole pig at Restaurant depot.

No food porn shot but I pulled a rack of previously dry rubbed and smoked ribs out if the freezer that I vacuum sealed. . . 20 minutes on low indirect heat on the grill with continuous bbq sauce application. Results were just as good as if they came out of the smoker same day.

Yesterday was wifey's birthday and just asked for steaks at home..... so she got 26 oz 2'' thick strip steak. We also opened a bottle of Caymus, their 40th anniversary cabernet... AMAZING! It's been a long time since I've had such a great wine.
