Ginger Salmon... YUMMY

This one is easy for the trail...

first you have to get some pickled ginger... not the crap from the store... but go to a sushi place and see if you can buy some from them... that is the good stuff (usually)

Sprinkle the salmon fillet with garlic salt on both sides, drizzle Agave liberally over both sides as well, and then lay slices of the ginger over both sides and wrap it up in foil. Then just throw it on the coals for about 2 min on either side... super easy and very tasty
