Which Springs for a S3 109 CSW 200TDI?

hi all.
Continuing work on the drivability and overall utility of my 109 CSW.

I've ordered the 1 ton shackles and military extended bump stops to prevent the front dif from striking the crank pulley.

Now I need to address the Springs and Shocks on the car. They are currently very worn. In the front in particular, the springs are very flat.

So with the added weight of the 200tdi over the stock petrol engine plus the necessity to run the extended bump stops, I'm looking for a full set of springs and shocks.

The rear seems fairly straightforward. I was originally planning on running the Rocky Mountain 3 leaf parabolic rears with OME shocks.
For the front though, it's unclear to me if the 2 leaf parabolic spring will be stiff enough for the job. Can anyone advise on whether they've run the 2 leaf Parabolics on the front, and if so, what the results were ?
