I recently bought a NAS rear step bumper for my ROW 110 partially because the opening on the hitch plate that I bought this past spring for the existing setup was too small for a 2" hitch bar. Upon installing the bumper today I realized that this doesn't fit either. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a receiver bar that someone with a NAS bumper has had success with (by the way I am using a fairly standard Reese Tow Power bar)? As always, thanks for the advice.
the powder coating on the inside of your receiver makes for a tight fit...the hitch is painted not coated.
only suggestion is make sure the receiver is clean and use wd40 or other lube.
subsequent removal will be a pits as well, after a few cycles it becomes easier as the powder coat wears away.
Thanks, I may try to sand it a little tomorrow and test fit again.
