Lol. I wish. Going to supply his products here but not sure if many would be interested in the bulkheads.
I would sure love to start a project with one.

How does the shipping math work out in getting them from the UK to the US? ie how many can you stuff into a 20' container? Shipping cost for said container from UK to your door?

If they are less than the typical rebuild ($2800) Id be down on it.

No doubt. If I never rebuild another bulkhead I'd be a happy man. Might sound expensive to some but I'll stand behind that being a good deal (assuming that it's a quality part).

This isn't from Ashtree (?) right?

For sure Matt. I always like starting defenders with new bulkheads as well. I like mocking stuff onto new chassis before pulling the old bulkhead off.
Not ashtree.

The things that nightmares are made of? Rebuilding / repairing a bulkhead... start putting everything together to find out how "out of true" the repairs all are. Doors that don't close correctly etc. In my mind, $3k for something that's going to be dead nuts perfect ( and a MAJOR PITA to replace later ) is a good investment.

Not that my rebuilds aren't perfect in every way, (I have a very good jig and system) but it takes considerable time. Id rather spend it elsewhere.

Hell yeah... Especially for you guys doing buildups for other folks. It would be just like starting with a new galvy chassis.

Any updates on this? My bulkhead is completely rotten. I'm trying to decide if I should even try to rebuild it.

Definitely count me as interested, provided its cost effective vs. Ordering and shipping from the UK..
Would the 109 NADA bulkhead be available?
