UPDATE: picked up the bulkhead Monday. Looks great, I'm excited to get started putting things back together.
See the side by side pic. Quality is as John Dorr described. Total Cost $1500 + freight . If anyone else wants his contact info and more detailed pics pm me. Overall good quality welds and some areas need cleaning up and seam sealer (John said they would need it and knocked a few $ off) he only does this as s hobby and only straight trades.

Thanks for the update Pete. Hard to tell from the picture but it sure looks pretty good to me and $1,500 is a fair price. Ole John must be a quite a guy to do those for a hobby! I'm debating on rebuilding mine myself (bares a striking resemblance to the one on the left in your picture) or giving John a call.

Good luck w/ the reassembly!

Better pics to compare the new vs old.
The old by was held in place by the body, roof and steering column, feet were completely gone.

If so, then try calling or send an email to Ike directly.

I did get a price from Ike, it was mid $3k + freight.
Have you looked into Pegasus Parts UK, they are manufacturing bulkheads new, 1700 =$ 2500 + extras & international freight. Lead times are long.
Also post at Guns& rovers, someone pm'Ed me they had a series 11a, powder coated from a parted out rover.
Let me know if you want that lead.
Peter

yeah that would be roughly the same as getting the new one from pegasus parts.

I have a quite nice early 2a bulkhead but my 109 is a '67 nada with the deeper dish bulkhead for the I6 engine.
My current rough plan is to buy a center repair section made for the nada bulkhead from pegasus and try to get it welded in to the early 2a bulkhead. Pegasus doesnt list that section on the site but he was able to give me a part number to order via email. The rest of the differences seem minor and easily corrected. Not sure what kind of mods will be required to make the single wiper motor system fit but if it looks to tough I'll settle for the older individual motors.
