I have heard that there are a bunch of posters around the stores "show casing" my 88. I've been trying to get Timberland HQ to send me any extra promotional material they have but they are not being very responsive. Nearest store to me is over 300 kms away in upstate NY. I will have to call them and see if I can have the posters when they are done with them.

Brett,
Your truck is plastered on the front window of the Timberland store at the Leesburg (VA) Outlets. Looks great!

LOL No, but since the shoot, it's become a bit of a diva. I'd say high maintenance, but aren't they all.

Here is a pic of "Alistair" and my son. Picked up the rover in Maine a couple years ago and now it calls Florida home.

Picked up a real nice 55 Series I the other day. RHD, 2.0 and runs great! One coat of paint and chassis is solid. Steel was good back in those days

Its really mint for a 55. I've seen Defenders in worse shape. Frame is solid, going to waxoil it. The wiring was all messed up in it (previous owner basically wired whatever he could when he could) but a brand new wiring harness was included so thats all it really need.

The badge says Birmingham instead of Solihull which is cool.
