Your seats are a little over the top, but I can see the justification. Animal skin surrounding you

It appears to be a nicely rebuilt truck!

Congrats!

Damnit, I need to drive my IIA more and show it some love...

Ha. You bought one of those StrangeRovers off of eBay? How is their "build" quality? From what we've seen they just paint over a rusty chassis to hide everything of any concern, and the assumption has been that little is sorted mechanically as the emphasis is on the aesthetics. Is that about right?

It has not been to bad so far but I had to get a new head gasket, starter and gas tank. The head gasket was cracked. The seller has been pretty good to work with and has sent parts to me. My wife and I call it the green money pit but we enjoy it and everywhere we go people are asking what is that. I love my series III.

HOLY COW!!!! Those are the coolest seats I have ever seen in a Series Land Rover! They are really unique and fun but the shape feels period correct. I would take them in a second. I too have ditched my original series seats - I found them to be really uncomfortable, overpriced and bland.

I suppose not everyone will like them but I do!

Did a little to my 63. Moved the spare mount up on the rear door and mounted my hi lift. Also removed the lower body trim and mounted my shovel to the fender. Added some headlight guards from a long gone jeep.
Added some lifting eye's and a tow jaw to the front bumper.
