Has anyone ever seen these items on a Series truck?

So I just got a new (well.........perfect used) frame for Mufasa, yes my friends Mufasa, (my new 1974 Series III) one of the previous owners had an artist etch the Serengeti on the back door glass and a large lion head fills most of it, so I named her Mufasa. Anyway, the donor truck is a Series IIa and it has some odd features, at least to me it has. I have been around Series trucks since 1990 and I have never seen a brake master cylinder like this one OR have I ever seen a defrost unit like this one OR have I ever seen what seems to be a factory installed windshield washer unit like this on a IIa. Can anyone shed some light on these (see pics)? Have any of you seen any of the above mentioned on a stock IIa and if so are they rare? Not asking to sell them for a fortune, I have just never seen a brake booster or defrost panel like that (where the defrost says "car" and "screen." Again, please keep in mind that this is a IIa NOT a III, which I think is weird to have a brake booster and windshield washers. I know, I know, it may have been added but it all looks really original. Please let me know if the pics do not load.

That is all pretty common late 2a stuff. I have seen many rigs with all of those things. Jeff is correct (as per usual) that the heater distribution box had a pad on the bottom originally. While those parts aren't rare someone will want them I'm sure. Do you have the rest of the heater too (ie heater core, fan, intake screen, switch)? I think those smiths fresh air heaters are way better than the round shin burners and are a nice upgrade for an early 2a if you don't mind cutting holes in your truck.

Exact same setup as my '71 2A, except my lower is vinyl covered and my master and booster look a lot nicer!
