Not unless I am forced to pull the front drums to get the noise to stop

The short version for 88" series with 10" drums all round is this:

1. The bottom spring needs to be behind the shoes. Trickier to fit but seems to make a difference
2. The top spring has the spring offset to one side. The non-spring side needs to go onto the stud on the leading shoe that touches the snail cam, but the spring must go behind the snail cam, as well as oriented with the hook upward so the spring itself is as low as it could be, and then the other end hooks onto the stud on the backing plate.
