Alternate Brake M/C ?

I have been having leaking with 2 brake master cylinders, the leak occurs between the washers holding the reservoir to the MC. I am using Girling DOT4 fluid. A full res will now be MT in about 30 hours. I had the original MC replaced and the new one started leaking in 3 months. I am using a s3 servo and dual brake system.

So can any one tell me if the MC # NRC8690 (currently installed and leaking) can be replaced with the MC# 90577520?

The NRC 8690 has the roll pins holding the res on and the 905****** might be metric fittings?

Or is there and integrated res cast into the body option?
