Look at what happened with the skylines. I believe the owners were who had the vehicles siezed we're not the importers. I think that if the Feds went to seize non-compliant vehicles then it wouldn't matter if you were the first or 50th owner.

$? NAS trucks aren't free and ROW are more affordable
