When they say it "shows" 63k miles, that usually means they know it's had an odometer issue. Don't know without the badge number though.

Spent its life in NH and RI - 42k miles recorded in 1997, no records on mileage until 12/28/2011 when 63k was recorded. Being a NH and Newport, RI truck its whole life, accompanied with the police report on an accident in 2010 in Stonington, CT accident case 10-11808 probably tells you why the frame was replaced.

The frame was probably replaced for the same reason as every other frame around here (NE) as in they rust out to a degree that most wouldn't even believe possible. Most accidents that require frame replacement result in a salvage title.

new expansion complete. Not only are we the only Rover shop in Eliot Maine...now we're also the biggest.

Full Car Fax can be pulled from the dealers site... looks to have a report on 12/01/2003 @ 53,076. Appears to have a clean title & guaranteed mileage per Car Fax's " Buy Back Guarantee"

If the frame was swapped for rust... I wonder how the bulk head is...?

Maybe Rover Special Vehicles did the frame swap...and will have more info for anyone who cares...
