VOIP Polycom Office phones SIP IP550
I have 5 hardly used Polycom IP550 SIP phones.
We paid about $200 per phone and I figured I would offer them to a member before taking the time to list them on ebay. Very easy to use and configure (so I have been told).

They come complete with power adapter, stand and handset. They will be wiped to factory settings.
This phone is especially desirable because many sip services will automatically configure this through their boot server.
$75 per phone shipped, which is better than what I found on ebay for beat up and/or refurbished phones.

You got it. I also have a digium switchvox 355 basically brand new with three hard drives (not needed but if he wants a hybrid cloud/internal setup) it is great.
$400 for that.

Bump, I have 5 Aaastra 6755i phones with 4 power supplies. All the phones are POE anyway.
