I love that they take the time to make it all pretty, but maybe they would wash the in side of the tires. I mean, I wouldn't do it on my truck, but this thing is trying to be beautiful.

Listing states it was Adult Owned. Isn't that an oxymoron for a Defender (specially the 2 dr). Anyone who owns a D-90 is not an adult. If like me you are possibly getting up in years, the D-90 is and excellent example of the Peter Pan syndrome of trying to fight adulthood tooth & nail...

A friend told me recently driving a Defender is like driving a life size Tonka truck that doesn't need a special License.

If I'm not mistaken this truck spent a few summers 04-07? or so on Nantucket and had it's motor (top end) rebuilt in that time span before being shipped to Louisiana.... very solid vehicle and if anyone can confirm that it is one and the same it's a winner.....(the original Camel/Safarigard packages however..... lol)

Woah, weird. I just found out a few things. This white 1997 Defender 90 SW #0131 VIN SALDV3242VA102138 was owned by Alex Fazzino who also owned my Defender for a few years. I was going through my old paperwork that came with the truck and he and his brother Nick Fazzino were listed in maintenance records as the customer(s). I was going to try to track him/them down to see if they maybe had any old pics of my truck, and it's weird the stuff that pops up when you google someone...

Here's this truck back when he owned it:

I guess they had trouble with their buyer, because they had taken it off of their inventory, but now it's back on the market. I kind of can't believe they didn't clean the insides of the tires. It takes only a few extra minutes, and with the discoloration on them, it's probably distracting to a lot of eyes.
