Strange '93 110 On Ebay

Strange '93 110 on ebay: Lisitng

The listing says it has a 4.6L in it, but the pics show a 3.9L, plus it has a digital speedo and they claim the mileage is 92k? How is that possible?

I know I have seen this truck somewhere before because I recall those silly holes that have been drilled in the hood.

I think that's Jesse Ware's old truck - he liked those holes in the hood I guess.

Previous owner dropped in a 4.6 short block, no need to change the intake plenum which indicated 3.9L. I've seen this truck at JC Rover, but don't recall any deficiencies. If someone is seriously interested in the truck they should give Jeff a call. Mark

I think Copley bought it from Jesse. It was at Copley at one point . .

is it just me, or does it look like the rear wheel opening has been widened?

I think you're right. Especially in this picture, it doesn't look like it fits the shape of the wheel well quite right.

I remember seeing a thread about it on here a while back...never really cared for those rear lights myself. BTW, that truck doesn't have A/C anymore. It looks like he converted it to the 90 dash, but didn't put the new style AC in.

I don't notice the wheel wells widened when I looked at it, but it was on a lift at the time. However, somone used about 50lbs. of plate to make some 'corner protectors'. More like corner protectore, rear skid plates.

if you compare the front and rear wheel openings, the rears are wider at the bottom and shaped differently. almost like someone cut the body, then pulled the ends of the flare to widen it.

it also looks like they trimmed the body to put on the rear corner protectors.

That is Jesse Ware's/ BWO's old 110.
He sold it to Copley some time ago. It used to have big meats under it and the rear tub has been trimmed to allow for the tires that used to be there. We did new doors and galv. cappings MANY years ago and then Jesse and Matt Browne did the rest of the mods.

I do not check PMs. Call or email if you need something.

ECR is not a parts source. We are not in the mail order business.

Last time I saw it, it was on 37s or so, but that was years ago.
