Spray touch-up paint group buy?

I need to order some custom cans of spray paint in Alpine White and AA Yellow - however the price for 6+ cans is 12.95 ea whereas its 18.95 each for singles (3-5 is 14.95).

If anyone wants to buy some to get the lower price, I'll orchestrate a small group buy. The deal is the actual price (12.95/can) your share of the shipping, and whatever the actual cost of onward shipping is to you.

I'll order other colors too if there is a need, but I'm getting like 3 yellows and 4 Alpine whites, so we're more than halfway to the quantity on those.

Jim - are these the LR rattle cans, or another vendor? I'd be in for 3-4 of Coniston Green. Thx. Mark

These are not LR, they're supplied by towerpaint.com. I've used them before - the cans are large, and they come with a head that lays down a better spray pattern than the standard hardware store can.

Response is a bit underwhelming...

Hey Jim,

In your experience, how much coverage do you get out of each can, assuming a newly primed surface?

I got a fair amount - and I was using several coats and sanding in between to get a nice finish, but I painted a number of repair sites on my bulkhead, a set of hinges, and misc spots with 2 cans.

I need paint for a NAS 110. Enough to touch up some spots and perhaps enough to do the four wheels.
Not sure you can ship this stuff anymore with standard carriers.
Let me know what you decide.

Thanks
Dendy

If they will do Arles Blue, I'd be in for 2 cans.

They'll do whatever you want, its just a matter of ordering more than 6 to get a better price.

Dendy - I called them and they still ship UPS ground.

I think I'll just do yellow and white. You guys with the other colors can order separately, there is no cost advantage to buying 3 or 4 different colors.
