Series IIa 109

I've been lusting after this 109 I saw on LR Exchange:

http://www.tomgrogg.com/109.pdf

Does anyone know anything about this car? Seems priced a little on the high side, but my wife likes the looks of it so I guess that's half the battle won on feeding the addiction.

Can you fit an aircon to these things post facto (i.e., even if it didn't come with one from the factory)?

Can you use one as a daily driver?

Refurbished would be a better description.

I had a sinking feeling this might be the case. Oh, well back to the drawing board/search for another 110 I guess.
