1985 Defender 110-5 Door Left Hand Drive - $89900 (mercer island,wa)
Best running 1985 Defender in the country. Complete frame off restoration with too many features to list. 40,200 miles since restored. I drive this truck daily. In excellent condition. Includes 4.2 liter Land Rover V-8. Automatic, PS, PB-4 wheel disc, A/C, ARB front bumper and ARB Air Lockers front & Rear. On board pump for inflating tires after a long day in the mountains. Built in rock sliders. Has up graded doors and heated rear windshield. Clean Title!! Ready to rock....

Just added snorkel not yet in the pics.

Not my truck, I'm just helping the guy out with his post

I should have mentioned. This isn't mine either. I just saw it pop up on my craigslist alerts. Don't know the seller/etc.

Non-stock rear crossmember. I thought they'd fit a really nice custom tire carrier to that crossmember but the spare is still mounted on the door.

That makes more sense now. I was going to say it looks a lot like a truck Sam aka user one ten was building here. Still not sure it's the same one but if not, he may know where it came from.

looks like a 3.5 with early RR auto box judging by the shifter.

Came in with a different rear cross member than it now has and gained a shop built replacement seen 29 secs into video.

It has a 4.2 14cux from a RRC LWB. The rear crossmember I made from a piece of rectangular steel tubing with 3/16 wall thickness. It's heavy duty though not oem
