Didn't even cross my mind. I don’t mess with SWMBO.

If I show up with anything else. I'll be in the obituaries.

Meh... I was quoted something like 2K for a smooth roof recently from a popular vendor. Tie that in to the cost of putting this on a ROW 110 and you are already up to the cost of a nice custom cage. Only way I could see this as a deal is if you were 'making' a frankeNAS-110 out of a NAS D90 and needed a 'correct' cage.

Yep... I was thinking 500-750 tops. They came back with 2K with a straight face, so to speak. Popular vendor/importer.

you're assuming the other person was only willing to go $10 more ... they could have been $1000 more ...

At this point NAS 110 cages of an already rusted to shit car should be very suspect unless you are looking for cosmetics. Some of the parts I have removed lately are rusted at least half way or worse. They were not coated inside at all from the factory, or at least not effectively. They are 20 yrs old. If you want a roll cage for "protection" (a term used loosely for this design) buy new or at least inspect properly.
