List it in the mud pit...folks do all the time. I've been wanting a Benjamin Marauder .22 myself.

But I thought the mud pit had a special entry pre-requisite... I read the classified forum rules and there is no mention of it.

You need to opt-in to the Mud Pit, and have like 50-posts total or something. Pretty much everyone on here is in there though.

Yes, you must post in the mud pit.

Concern for forum rules? Site team might want to check and see if someones hijacked Shaynes username.

You know, Shayne, being an Air Rifle that can be bought a Wally World or any other retail store with cash, no recording of your DL, legal status or anything, it shouldn't be subject to the Mud Pit like a regular firearm.
Furthermore, a muzzleloader 50 cal, is bought and sold in the same fashion, anyone can walk into the store, take it and pay at the register with cash.

Silly rules and regulations but none subject to NFA, Federal and or State firearms laws.

My opinion not that any of the Boys n Girls in a Powertrip will give a damn about it :-)

As the originator of the mud pit idea, I think it probably belongs in there even if it is completely above board (pun intended). Some places do regulate air rifles.
