Sketchy - I'll bet his name is Zumumba or something. Seller has zero feedback as a seller, and 100% as a buyer of 50 items priced at 10 GBP and below. I know I'd steer clear.

Cool looking truck though!

Actually if you read, (I know its difficult on those tiny little screens) his name seems to be Rui Alvesand he has some pretty old feedback several of which are from recognizeable outfits such as Hobson Bros. and Allisport. He also has a 130 he's trying to sell and the photos of both look to be on the up and up. If I wanted such a thing I would consider it. Not any more sketchy than any other purchase where you are trusting a total stranger with a large chunk of your cash in exchange for something you have never actually seen. . But, you could have the thing fetched and have your driver pay on pickup if you were so inclined. Don't ask me how to arrange all that though.

And Josh, the main reason you really don't want one? Let me guess...no Rhinoliner?

Shit...no joke, I sort of know Rui. He's active on some of the Rover forums in Portigal, I've talked to him and emailed with him at length. Mainly in regards to a vehicle he had for sale a long while back. Pretty sure he's an up-and-up dude. Small world.

I contacted Rui and here is his reply. It did not look like he had any full doors except with the bodies.

The price is 3700 euros to each body. If you buy me more than one I will make you 3500 euros each one. Do not forget that I will charge you vat (23%) if apply. If you have a valid vat number I will not charge vat.
Like I told you, I can get other new parts, from new Defenders.

Please see the following list

- from Defender 90 (soft top), that are converted on tourist trains:

- 3 complete defender 90 Puma body's by 2011, remove from new (3 white color )

- 4 gearboxs from Puma and one from TD5 - clunch is present (transfer box is not present)
- more less 40 rims with tires 205/80r16 michelin
- more less 20 rims with 7.50r16 tires michelin

(In future I hope get dashboards from this cars, but not complet - They use the clocks and central part on the trains)

- from Defender 130 crew cab (double cab) (more/less 10 parts of each item) that are converted in Military cars:

- complete roof (top and rear with glasses) with full headlining
- front and rear door glasses
- front and rear door regulator
- front and rear seat belts
- windscreen wiper motors
- front shocks
- front springs suspension
- front shocks towers
- front and rear differential (housing is not present - only diff)
- intercoolers
- rear double seat (new style) (single seat is not present)
- spare wheel carrier
- cubby box

PS: everything is imaculate, because all are new, I assure you this
