Not mine: CL ad in Philly selling massive stash of parts

https://philadelphia.craigslist.org/pts/5086616002.html

I am selling my 20 year collection of Land Rover parts and bits. Tons of parts, new and used, for Series I, II, IIA, III, Defender, Range Rover Classic, Discovery I and II. Bonnets, tops, side panels, wings, fenders, interior and exterior smalls, lots of glass, one series Truck Cab with rear galvanized tub fitting, safari LWB roof for Series, full NAS Defender 110 Top and side panels, new rear door, 4 doors for Discovery II in black, Range Rover classic doors, lots of new Series parts, brake, shocks, tons of military Land Rover parts, incl rebuildable 24V generators, half shafts, heavy duty police Defender coil springs, wiper blades for series, One Defender 110 GS full length NOS military canvas top, one Series or Defender NOS 3/4 truck cab canvas, one super rare PTO for Series, inop but could work, beehive lenses for Military in plastic, light lenses for military in glass, screw on type, wiper arms Left and Right, fan belts, 2.25 liter hoses, dizzy caps, Series front vent panels, arctic Series window defrosters, used 2.25 engine parts, rebuildable 24V starters, 12V and 24V pre-focus bulbs that are NLA, lots of military light lenses, headlights, Defender seats front and rear, one Brand New Exmoor Trim top for ROW Defender 90 in black, lots of little parts, a dozen old NATO jerry cans, wiring harnesses, jate rings, fuel pumps, 2 Defender 110 CSW Five Door NAS style internal external roll cages, brand new in wrapper, books, manuals, CD's, diagnostic, little Land Rover toy trucks, giant Land Rover dealer sign.

Here is the deal: This is a strictly cash and carry deal. I am in Philadelphia, and I do not want to ship any of these parts. I am open to offers on all of it. You have to make an appointment and come down with cash in hand with something to take the parts home in. A truck. A bike, whatever. No layaway. Call, text, email. Come and examine the parts yourself. Send someone down if you are out of the area. I am giving these bits one month, and anything not sold is going to the dump. Don't miss out on a golden opportunity to own seven military gas caps with attached filler necks and nine 2.25 liter petrol valve covers before they get melted down to make a Hyundai Elantra.

Sky Top good luck. I drove there 3 times from Providence only to be disappointed 3 times. Gabor has some good stuff but when he says going to the dump maybe he should rethink his $$. Always wanted retail $$ or would stop communication when I got to Philly drove by his place the last 2 times only to have him not pic up phone when I got in area. Good luck Gabor post when you fill dumpster I am not against dumpster diving.

Note to whoever picks up that 94' Arles blue ST. That rear bench looks to be in good shape.

I spoke to this guy shortly after he posted on CL - he seemed like a decent guy on the phone, but no real deals at the moment. He wants $2500 for the 110 roof and $2400 for the cages (each). They are already listed here in the parts for sale section for the same price - I think the posts are from a month ago or so. Maybe a good deal for someone but too much for me.
Any word from the shipper Adam?
