defender

John,
I bought a 67 Dart GT convertible to replace a 75 MG. Swore I would never buy another English Car. Kept my word and bought a truck instead. Someone please buy his discarded unloved defender so maybe he can consider a 110 in place of the Jeep.

I took the reverse route, sold an 08 Rubicon 4 door and bought a 97 Defender. The Jeep was capable and fun- the extra room was handy and I liked the modern conveniences that come with a newer vehicle....but at the end of the day it was basically just a car...and what I wanted was a Land Rover.

Not to mention I would not let my kids touch anything on the truck because I was so paranoid that they would break or damage something that was nla. The jeep, not as big of a deal.

Just to be clear when I said I love Hummers I wasn't referring to large boxy pieces of crap that roll down the street. Just saying to avoid any confusion. It was a bad attempt at humor.
