Fuck. no title. 3k would have been a steal for a NAS title.

"you Get A Bill Of Sale For Parts--with This Vin No. Saldv2285sa970921 No Title"

Anyone try to get a title from its-title or someplace else for a non-rebuildable salvage truck?

that looks like a fuel issue fire rather than the "usual" oil line fire.

I bet the seals on the t-case are roasty toasty, I don't see anything there worth three grand w/o a title.

It was issued a certificate of destruction according to the salvage auction in Miami that was selling it.
I was looking into it a little while ago and decided not to bother chasing it.

I bought an RRC that was stolen and totaled by the insurance company with no title and was able to get one in CA.

I think with a bill of sale and a VIN number you can bond for a title here in Colorado.

My BIL purchased a car from Cali and the person never sent the title and he went down and paid a bond and the DMV issued a title.

Photos are good for showing what parts are steel and what parts (now missing) are aluminum

IMHO, there is a big difference between a stolen/recovered/repairable,etc vehicle and one that was issued a Certificate of Destruction. The vehicle is deemed unrebuildable and is in effect destroyed and is never meant to be a vehicle again.
I have heard numerous horror stories during my years in the exotic car biz. Go for it if you want, but do your homework first.
