Yup, not a steal but what I was looking for. High miles and little rust. I should be thanking you because without your post I would not have known about it.

No, I am keeping this one. Going to leave to get it in about 20minutes.

In my garage. I will PM anyone the final price if they are curious.

It is pretty nice, but the water pump is about to explode and it needs cats (I think, it could be drag based on the water pump -- I thought my RRC needed cats but it was the water pump slowing the truck down), the spring for the clutch pedal is broken, needs a headlight switch, hood release cable (has aftermarket now).

I threw out the spare water pump Janey had (which I could have pressed on the old pully mount), oh well.

Couple of other neglected things and it does not have a good top, but better than most I have seen and is about as rust free as an east coast truck gets.

One call to Mike at LR West Chester and a few nights work and she will be fine.

Ron

PS I think I am going to pull the cage and get all the capping galvanized as they are starting to spot in places.

Ya, I am happy. Fair deal. Nice enough truck. Any non-rover person would not have bought it because the water pump/cats are killing all its power. It would barely do 75mph on the way home and it was flinging coolant all over the hood.

I pulled the fiberglass top and tried to put on the soft top. I spent a hour getting the license plate screws out (screw you rivnuts!) and pulled the rear light bar, ground down the rust and painted it. I just called Mike and put in my order. See below.

Parts order:

New Water Pump STC483
Two rubber hood buffers
Interior trim on header above D/S BTR 8513
Headlight switch PRC3430
Clutch spring
Hood release cable

Pending based on results of WP:

Cats, Mikey has aftermarket if I need them.

Long term:

Badger top.
