J**p for sale - well kitted

Sorry to use such bad language (Jeep), but I've seen this rig in action and it was very impressive. Greg is a meticulous and talented builder who just does not have time to offroad. Virtually all those miles are highway

Clark, If your son is interested in a jeep, I am selling mine.

At $22,000.00 it’s a good buy considering everything I have done with it.

Here’s a list:

2005 Jeep Rubicon…25,000 miles.
488 gears front and rear.
Rubicon Express long arm suspension
Curry front sway bar, not the pin type.
Curry 3/8 tube differential.
High 9 Ford type center section…very flat driveline angle.
ARB locker in rear. Std. Rucicon air locker in front
Swing out spare tire rack attaches to door.
Both tops, hard top & soft.
CB…mounted.
35 spline rear Curry axles.
5x5 ½ wheel centers, and Alcoa wheels.
Upgraded front & rear disc brakes.
Toyo’s 35 inch, including spare.
Electric front windshield.
Wider front & rear rubber flares on all fenders..(Zion)
Heavy duty rear bumper.
9000 lb. Warn winch.
Can come with tow bar if needed, which is mounted now.

Everything works good,

Happy New Year,

Greg Roberti

Dude anyone can have a jeep. I have a jeep and a defender. Love my Jeep, wish my defender drove like that. LOVE my defender drives ok .This site is for people that really have been lucky enough to have a defender or series type vehicle. I can't vouch for series vehicles, but there are less than 10,000 defenders in the country. There probably have been months when 10,000 jeeps have sold. So I think you maybe you took the wrong turn at Albuquerque, there bugs.

You are advertising in the wrong place. No one here is looking to buy a jeep. I'm not trying to be rude, just saying it is the wrong forum.

I think you might be wrong.
I've certainly seen Audis, BMWs, Mercedes Benz, Unimog, motorcycles, etc. for sale in previous posts. So where is the line. If this was a Pinzgauer or a Hafflinger would you be all puffed up and acting as the guardian of the site. That's the Adminstrator's function.
I'd want to hear about good vehicles from people whose posts I have viewed over the years. I've grown to trust some and think less of others. So if Mike of ECR, Keith of Rovertracks, Pendy, and so on have a vehicle for sale I am interested - at least enough to look.
With certain exceptions - newbies and some others - the members on this forum have too much to lose by selling crap: Reputation and having your name bashed here and on other forums.
This is a real 4 wheel rig that someone might be interested in. If not, ignore it. I showed what it was in the title.
I can understand about not cluttering the board up with all kinds of uninteresting vehicles and I thought about it long and hard before I posted it.
So, again: Where is the line?

for all the things to complain about, this is the type of vehicle I would want to see a member post. Best thing we could do to demonstrate we don't like something is to not post a response at all and send our feedback to the mods (but we all like to say our piece right?). However, not responding at all would relatively quickly drop it down the list into obscurity.

I don't care (as a much newer member) whether my say counts or not, but I like to see most of the things that are non defender-ish posted here as most are of the "interesting" category. Goes without saying, but I don't look at it if it doesn't interest me. I say, Post em all, let the mods sort them out.. sounds familiar right?
