This is my brother Cabell's, a forum member here. I think the ad says it all.

I want. The only thing I have to offer is my 110 that's on eBay also. Hope it finds a good home.

Really stunning!

I forwarded the link to Bring-A-Trailer.com with a glowing endorsement.
if it makes it on there it should sell quickly, that seems like a very fair price.

That happened to me whan I was selling my 107SW. It's amazing how much traffic that website drove to my sale.

They featured my '72 3.0CSi several years back when they were far less popular (almost an underground speakeasy at that point....in 2006) and it helped my sale. They are true cars guys and hope they never "sell out". I accept the advertizing on their site because it helps keep it going and is unobtrusive, but I could totally see them being purchased by Sports Car Market or something. I can only imagine what their daily traffic count is these days.
They are part of my daily routine when I sit down at my desk every day. B-A-T, D-90, WSJ online with coffee until the phone starts ringing.
Every car guy should have B-A-T on their "favorites" and subscribe to the daily email updates.

Bastard! It will rise again!

I actually did contemplate Cabell's truck...it would definitely be the one to buy (and the thought is still bouncing around in my head).

Even the BIN price is way less than one would spend redoing a Series truck oneself.

Truck is beautiful yet I am allways impressed by stories of people owning a truck that long. I owned a Toyota for 14 years and always told my wife she would have to pry it out of my cold dead hands, lucky for her it simply rusted away whenever I put my hands on it.

Dad bought us both 71 2a's. I rolled the first one and fixed and drove it through my college years. When I moved on it sat in a barn and dad eventually sold it when my sister was in college. Cabell held on to his, his entire adult life. It's affectionately known as Old Blue around here.

Auction ended. Truck is going North.
