This eBay listing is up to $65,100 with "reserve not met". Looks like plenty of folks think an AZ title makes it all legit.

If that's insufficient, a t5 or tko could be adapted but we're talking even more $.

My Buick v8 maybe thirsty & gutless but until the EPA lets me put a Benz oil burner in, I'll stick with her.
fwiw they are building these trucks now in Kansas for delivery to dealers this summer.

The Mt 82 is fine behind that engine. It's already well known behind the Mustang's V8

Not in Phoenix... Not exactly a low end used car lot, I'd expect nothing less from a dealer of high end enthusiast vehicles.

I was looking at a 2000 Gwagen stateside that was 'legally imported' buy a company out of the netherlands. Basically this guy is taking advantage of a VIN decoding glitch that makes US Customs this that 2000 trucks are actually 1990 trucks.

I called him out on it on his ebay listing and he didn't respond back, might be the next bust

???? Benz's are no-brainers. With access to MB's parts software, one can input a vin and pull up the build date and full build specs to include the vendor contract numbers of the parts used.

You'd think so, but when I went to decode the vins there were some anomalies with pre-1996 trucks that decoded wrong.

Spoke with this gentleman about his truck and was immediately suspicious
