Gopro Hero 3 Silver

Realizing that video of me sitting at my desk or driving to work isn't too compelling, I really don't forsee myself using this. I wish I did amazing stuff on a daily basis that would warrant my use of a gopro mounted to my helmet, but, well, I don't.

So up for grabs is this new in box, unopened GoPro Hero 3 silver edition. for $275 I'll ship it to you if you're in the lower 48.

Save my dignity and buy this thing before I start a youtube channel of my adventures in napping on the couch . . .

I admire your honesty... I wish they made these things when I was in College. Damn cool products but it would be a waste on me too.

First off, be glad they didn't have these in our college days. Some of us probably would have never been employed or married.

Second, those go pros are excellent for hunting, especially duck hunting.

Spectacular GoPro footage of that Hawaii plane crash last month. Incredible how calm everyone was. RIP to one of the passengers.

I'm in Vail, CO right now and everyone on the slopes has a GoPro on their helmet.

Alas, the siren call of "Coolness in a Box" was too much for me. I opened it and am actively researching stabilized GoPro mounts for conference room tables to capture all of my amazing moments.

I mounted it on the dog, but she didn't wake up from her nap before the SD card ran out of memory. Tomorrow I may mount it to the handle of the shopping carts at Home Depot and then Whole Foods. Pretty confident it will get picked up as a Video of the Week on gopro.com

Google: "Of course, you need access to live poultry, a tiny camera, some sort of rubber band, and the patience and skill to befriend a rooster and bring him to your film shoots"

What a day to be out of rubber bands . . .
