Ohio... and that means they are likely rusted junk by now.

Can't be any worse than some of the 110s you guys restore.

Also, IIRC one had only like 30k on it and the other like 70k on it so they may be garage queens (let's hope -- it would also explain why no one has spotted one yet).

Some images of this project. New frame back from media blast and ready for the galvainzer. New body parts in primer, etc. I guess it is time to get the web site updated.

Can we get an overall shot of that parking lot while you're at it, too?

I think the new owner may be on this site, so maybe he/she will chime in.

I have another one of Dan's 110s (at least I think it is) here (not mine) that is getting converted from 300 Tdi 5 speed to V8 auto for the owner of a Jaguar dealership down south.
No, don't ask me why you convert a like new 300 Tdi ROW truck to V8 automatic, I don't understand it either.

One of the guys who works here owns the Jeep and the various BMWs you see around the lot.

Yup, a lucky 90 owner called at the right time (when we signed this project) and it will be getting dropped into his '95 90 down the road.
We have to paint the engine bay of that 110 in green as well, and then the dealership is going to do the rest of the work, so its gonna be a funky looking when it leaves here.

Figured I'd save Ron some typing.
Next up for sale is a Series III Lightweight, LHD, 12 volt, galvanized coil sprung frame, 3 link front, ARBs front and rear, 24 spline front, 30 spline rear, 4.11 gears, CB, VHF, front and rear Warn winches, super overbuilt everywhere, Rover V8 EFI with 5 speed and LT230 transfer case. Power steering (Rover) and much more. We need to put a new top on it and get it mechanically checked out in the next little while, but it will be ready soon, just in time for wheeling season in the east.

Its cold out, and dark.

How about this instead, its Beach Runner #6, a 130 (obviously not done yet), or the G4 clone, or Beach Runner #7 nearly done, or the start of our next Safari Car, and the 2 wheeled project in the shop... my little woods beater.

Is Beachrunner #7 a five speed? On facebook it was confusing:

Beach Runner #7 is coming together as well. Alpine White V8 EFI 4 speed and a 4 door soft top, all on a galvanized frame.
This will be our first 5 speed Beach Runner, all the others so far have been automatics.

Oops. Yes, #6 is a R380 5 speed. I'll have to go fix that. #7 is a 5 speed as well. #8 will be another automatic, but with a Puma engine.

Interested to hear how a auto works with a puma engine. I assume you are using Ashcroft's conversion for it. Read in a magazine that it works well.
