Ducati 906 Paso..winter project..

Well it's time to start thinning out projects that I simply am not going to get around to doing.. And with this big freeze coming this winter I figure this would be a perfect winter restoration project for you fools stuck in snow drifts... This bike was running when it was put in storage about 6-7 years ago.. It's now missing one or 2 small pieces but nothing that's not really easy to get... This bike is a water cooled 2 valve 906cc paso, it still has the stock dual throat downdraft weber carb on it and it will definitely need going through, would recommend new timing belts..(very easy to do)... Some wiring connected up and a new battery and should be good to go... Paint is in okay condition and will come up real good with a polish...it's just been sitting in my shop for years and gotten a bit of shop crud dust on it.. This bike has the lovely sounding aftermarket F1 pipes on it and these have a deep throaty sound that is unmistakable ducati.. It also has performance cast iron full floating front brake rotors..it also has the sought after european tail light...I have just mounted the fairings on it to make sure I found everything.. Pics coming.. $1900 or best reasonable offer...

Don't let him fool you guys, that's not why he wants the pics...Zack, I'll have my publicist send you an autographed pic made out to Zacaria, I'll just get your address off the retraining order paperwork...all I ask is that you stop with the heavy breathing phone calls, I know it's you..

Not to crap on the Wanker FS thread, but any Ducati rider worst the leathers he rides will not ride a Paso

It is the Mondial of Ferrari

Now for any entry level rider dreaming of straddling a Duc, is a great buy for the money

Yep.. I've had them all and my first was a 750 paso... I actually like the full faired look of them now and they are actually appreciating.. And not to say that you but threads don't know what your talking about...the Allazura or Indiana would be the mondial..

Kinda weird, but whenever I read a post by my good mate Gustavo, I ALWAYS read it in my head with his accent - and decibel level - that way I always seem to understand them

My ENGRISH ?

You see .. sometimes TYPOS occur

Nothing wrong with my Spanglish, it is just that my LADIES PLEASERS are too big to type on the damn iPhone

FIRST it is ALAZZURRA, and I hope ... I HOPE you were talking about the CAGIVA Allazurra also Called Alla Azzurre ; that looks equally bad as the Paso, because I did own a 650GT and it was THE BIKE back then, the perfect Cafe ( soon it was replaced by a 900SS Desmo )

SECOND, the FACT that you know the Indiana exist , it very worrying LMAO
The Indiana was an attempt to please the bloody American Cruiser, and VOMIT is the least of the effects, and you should compare it to a Corvette not to any Prancing Horse product

I specifically spelt it engrish.. Just for your benefit... And yes, I am familiar with most of the ducati and cagiva models... Remember, I'm an expert on everything..
And the fact that you call them stubs your ladies pleasers is more disturbing than anything I could ever say..and that's saying something....

I could never get to grips with the Paso models, but they are getting rare to find in running order, dam weber carb. Did have a chance once of getting a 906 new in the box when Rafferty Newmans in Portsmouth had a truck load that Ducati was dumping. If I had bought that I would met my girl Gina. My next project. She is over 25 now so looking to get her over here from a long sleep in my mums spare bedroom.

Dam 16" wheels as well

Not full cast but the correct superbike 16" two piece wheels, would love a set of the kits (17") they can be had but $$$$.

I just realized I have had this for 23 years now.
