Doug - Is there any legal way to buy this and keep it in Canada, under my name? Let's say I left it with a cousin in Vancouver for 7 years. Does this bring up a whole bucket of hassle (like, they'd need to keep it under their name cause I'm not a resident or citizen)?

Thinking that there's no realistic way to keep something like this somewhere else for a few years.
