Almost CL. Scam or a steal for a near NAS diesel 90? Importable in 3 years or so.

I've lost count with how many times I've reported that ad. They are some busy scammers these days.

C-list finds

Do these seem legit? VIN for green '84 shows NOT a 200 tdi. They're posted by same guy as fresh imports from Italy. They are both on here in FS section by Mozam Motorsports.

Then no to both is my opinion.

Patience...

For example: under 7500 bucks, verify with seller, or take a trip to Italy, get Uncle Douglas to import,
Add new doors (if they are bad), new interior bits. (Just did a quick search, not my car/company/associates)

You are correct Jeff from the ad "The total cost of the enhancements (HSE to SSE) was almost $20,000. All work done by Chariots of Fire. Paperwork available."

Yeah, if I were local I'd lowball him. The P38 is junk, I dont care how many BECM replacements...

But, I do think mid to late 90's 4.6s are better than the later D2 Bosch 4.6s, jmo.
And a supercharger... hee hee

Hey! I liked my 97 P38! It didn't smell very fresh and I was too scared to weld the center diff locked but it was a lot of fun.

And I love my '98. I was agreeing to the lowballing the seller just to snag that engine.
