Gorgeous rigs! Did all two door RRC have exposed hinges? I'm no historian, but am a bit confused. How does an '89 5 door swb have blind hinges, but a '91 3 door exposed? Just seems retro tech. Wish the two door had the rostyles and not the castors. Just looks more periods correct, imho, though I'd still make space in my garage for either of them ;-)

They're an importer/exporter. Primarily they find 911's here and sell them to Germany. They also bring Classics back from Spain.

Dutch Safari Co is the name. I know they bought a Series 109 here on the forum that was sitting on a designa chassis.

That's cool to know. Pretty sure I remember what truck you're talking about. Was going to go to the Victory Cup but my classic had some difficulties. When I told the TxRovers group here in town, I was offered a new loaner from LR Austin. Really great bunch of folks. I'm glad you were able to make it out.

Saw this today: https://myrtlebeach.craigslist.org/cto/5591766874.html

For $8000 and being LHD might be worth a look.

No snaps. Maybe it's a reconditioned one or aftermarket. Still nice though.

African safari 109s often had holes cut in the roof for watching. Alternatively, its covering up a leaking Dormobile top.

The pics are not actual pics of the top he is selling. He has a "new" in box top with snaps.
