Pics were taken down at the old Makena Prince Hotel. That thing looks SO choice, and I think the wide spats look rather nice and proportionately appropriate imho with the ARB. I've never seen that one before though. I only knew of two belugas on Maui, one up country and Eastwood's near me. This is neither of those. 28k? Probably because they never drove it ;-)

Not sure whether to post this here or somewhere else since I'm so confused with what is going on here but nonetheless I thought it was worthy of everyone seeing to judge for themselves.

FWIW I was able to drive this D90 about 6 months ago. Descent looking rig and pictures don't due justice while it has been repainted several years ago. There is rust and minimum peeling/corrosion and maybe more than I would expect cosmetically for this year based on several others that I have seen but being that it is WA and stored outdoors that made sense.

The owner had some work done with the fuel pump I believe BUT when I had an opportunity to drive it I struggled to get it started and then it ran rough and finally after a couple minutes of warm up it did okay. The motor does need work or rebuild but the extent is unknown and I am pretty sure they will be selling because of lack of use.

If I remember they did have an offer of 28K from a dealer in Cali.

best of luck!

Looks like an excellent project for someone with the time, money, and garage space.

Completly different. This one is painted to look like a Ford Explorer from the jutrasic part movie. (Barry, note the raised white letters)

Yes. One is just like your D90, the other one has a goofy watts link rear end, and BMW bolt pattern on the wheels.

I'm a sucker for Discos and love this. Wonder what the chassis looks like. D2 chassis aren't good

That looks cool. I loved the exploder from JP. I really get annoyed when someone posts a price online and then window price is different.
