He did. Built it for someone named JCB something who drove it for a few miles and then rovertrader bought it back and did an engine change from what I recall. Then these guys bought it in 2015.

Why do all of that work and skimp on a galvanized chassis? Also, non puma doors, but that may reflect the era of construction.
