Not sure I'd want to buy a landy built by a guy who didn't know which way the door trim went on...

Hilarious. Cracking up.
How time flies. Yes you did post it 45 days ago, but it seemed like 2 weeks ago.
just curious now that this is still for sale,
If it was used as Patrol Vehicle in Ireland, is it legal to drive it here on public roads or it has to be a museum piece?

Time does indeed fly! ;-)

While I'm no expert, I have seen plenty of museum piece WWII Willy's jeeps (complete with mock up mounted guns) running around. So minus trying to find a place to mount the license plate, dealing with the ridiculously large blind spots, and authenticating that the weapons systems (grenade launchers) have been decommissioned, I'd say there's probably no problem ;-)

But I could be wrong.

Shorland is all legal to drive. No different then any other Rover. I drove my shorland as a daily driver for over a year. Problem is they are asking about 10k to much for this shorland

I thought mine was a good deal, even with the 2.5NA... dang... I would have been all up in this one had it come up sooner. But the chassis is a little worrisome. I'd need to crawl all over it before I bid.

This looks very interesting, those with experience in importing

https://philadelphia.craigslist.org/cto/5506866724.html

Looks like an interesting vehicle with what seems to be very good condition.
